Research Use Only — Policy Overview

All peptide compounds manufactured, distributed, and sold by WholesaleBulkPeptides (wholesalebulkpeptides.com) are designated exclusively as Research Use Only (RUO) products. This designation means that all products available through our wholesale catalog, private-label program, and retail channels are intended solely for in-vitro diagnostic, non-clinical, and non-therapeutic research applications. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, or clinical application.

This Research Use Only policy is a binding component of all transactions conducted through WholesaleBulkPeptides. By purchasing, receiving, or using any product from WholesaleBulkPeptides, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy as well as our Terms of Service and Wholesale Terms.

Definition of Research Use Only

The Research Use Only (RUO) designation, as applied to products distributed by WholesaleBulkPeptides, indicates that:

  • Products have not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or any equivalent regulatory body for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
  • Products are manufactured and distributed exclusively for use in laboratory research, scientific investigation, in-vitro experimentation, and educational applications.
  • Products must not be used in procedures for the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, cure, or prevention of disease in humans or animals.
  • Products must not be represented, labeled, marketed, or sold as being suitable for human or animal consumption under any circumstances.

Permitted Uses

Products purchased from WholesaleBulkPeptides may be used for the following permitted research applications:

Labeling Requirements

  • Compound identification including name, CAS number (where applicable), molecular weight, and lot/batch number.
  • Purity specification and storage conditions.

Buyer Responsibilities

By purchasing products from WholesaleBulkPeptides, the buyer assumes the following responsibilities:

  • Compliance with applicable laws — The buyer is responsible for ensuring that their use of products complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations.
  • Proper use — The buyer will use products only for permitted research applications as described in this policy.
  • Downstream compliance — Wholesale and resale buyers are responsible for ensuring their downstream customers and end-users comply with RUO requirements.
  • Training and supervision — The buyer will ensure that all personnel handling products are properly trained in safe handling practices, RUO requirements, and applicable institutional policies.
  • Record keeping — The buyer will maintain adequate records of product receipt, storage, and use sufficient to demonstrate RUO compliance upon request.
  • Reporting — The buyer will promptly notify WholesaleBulkPeptides of any known or suspected misuse of products purchased through our channels.

Enforcement and Consequences

WholesaleBulkPeptides reserves the right to take the following actions in response to violations of this Research Use Only policy:

  • Account suspension or termination — Immediate suspension or permanent termination of wholesale accounts upon confirmed or reasonably suspected policy violations.
  • Order refusal — Refusal to fulfill orders from buyers whose intended use appears inconsistent with RUO requirements.
  • Reporting to authorities — Referral to appropriate regulatory or law-enforcement authorities when violations involve potential public-health or safety concerns.
  • Legal action — Pursuit of civil remedies for breach of contract, including damages arising from policy violations that harm WholesaleBulkPeptides’ reputation or operations.

Disclaimer of Liability

WholesaleBulkPeptides provides all products strictly for research use as described in this policy. We make no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of any product for therapeutic, diagnostic, clinical, or consumption purposes. WholesaleBulkPeptides shall not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of products in a manner inconsistent with this Research Use Only policy, our Terms of Service, or applicable law.
