What's covered
Damaged products, wrong products, materially different products, missing items, and verified shipment failures may be disputed within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
What's not covered
Change of mind, failure to review listed specifications or research-use restrictions, opened materials, and issues reported after the dispute window are not eligible for return or refund.
How it works
Open a dispute from the order page within the 48-hour window. The supplier has 48 hours to respond. Marketplace administrators review tracking, packaging photos, lot and analytical-report data, and marketplace message history before issuing a final decision.
Payments
Supplier payouts release only after delivery is confirmed and the dispute window has passed, allowing approved refund decisions to be enforced by the platform.
