Verification
Suppliers complete business, identity, and payout verification before opening a store. Products require individual review and batch-specific analytical documentation before verification appears.
Research-use restrictions
Listings must identify products as laboratory research materials not for human consumption. Suppliers may not publish dosing instructions, therapeutic promises, clinical claims, or other human-use guidance.
Conduct
Buyer communication stays in the marketplace inbox. Off-platform payment solicitation, misleading analytical data, review manipulation, or contradictory human-use claims may result in suspension.
Payouts & reserves
Marketplace commission and reserve terms are defined in each supplier agreement. Payouts release after delivery confirmation and the dispute window, minus applicable holds.
Fulfillment
Suppliers agree to marketplace-generated shipping labels, carrier acceptance validation, displayed handling times, and the marketplace dispute process.
